Company policy
TFT FOOD S.L. is a food company dedicated to the elaboration and packaging of bread products: picos, tostas and regañás WITHOUT GLUTEN.
Quality, food safety, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction are issues whose importance have received increasing attention in our company, which is why we have implemented a Quality and Food Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of the FACE / ELS Regulations and the IFS Food Standard.
The Management, who are aware of the possible food health risks that can be generated in their processes, from the reception of the raw material to the delivery to the final customer, expressly states its commitment to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality and Food Safety Management System of TFT FOOD S.L. in order to achieve full compliance with the requirements and, among others, the following objectives:
- To achieve the maximum satisfaction of our customers, as well as to ensure compliance with the critical limits of gluten contamination indicated in the regulations updated at all times.
- To provide the organisation with the necessary resources and means to satisfy and comply with the safety requirements of our processes, the health legislation applicable to the sector, customer specifications and the prevention of food safety hazards identified in its processes and particularly the initial training in gluten-free products as well as the necessary refresher courses to ensure adequate staff training.
- At TFT FOOD we understand Food Safety as a responsibility that is assumed and shared by all the people who make up the company, maintaining both an ethical and personal responsibility of our workers;
- At TFT FOOD we will establish the necessary instruments to continuously improve both the Quality and Food Safety Management System, as well as to be able to prevent non-conformities and food hygiene hazards associated with our activity, so we advocate the establishment of safety objectives that will therefore provide us with continuous improvement;
- We ensure the implementation of measures to reduce the environmental impact of our activity, preventing pollution and favouring sustainable development.
- The food safety system is susceptible to continuous improvement. Failures must be used to learn from and eliminate the sources or causes that led to them. Our self-monitoring system will be oriented towards compliance with the FACE/ELS and IFS Food regulations, taking into account the risk of gluten contamination at all times and at all stages of production and establishing controls for this purpose.
- Quality and compliance with legal requirements in the area of food safety are not only the result of controls, but also of proper and thorough planning and implementation.
The Management, as the main promoter of the Food Safety Management System, takes advantage of the distribution of this policy to all levels of the organisation and to external interested parties, to emphasise that all the people in the organisation within their job, are important for the correct functioning of TFT FOOD S.L. and thus, to achieve the satisfaction of the product requirements, reaching the required level of safety. The established safety objectives can only be achieved with the support and collaboration of everyone.
