Customer satisfaction survey
This questionnaire is carried out on the basis of TFT in order to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of our customers. Please rate each of the questions by marking an ‘X’’ in the column corresponding to the value you consider appropriate and inform us of any comments or suggestions that you think may help us to improve our services.
The score will be from 0 to 5, where 5 will be the highest degree of satisfaction and 0 the lowest. A N/S box is included which can be checked in case you are not able to evaluate the question.
