About us
Rooted in traditional baking, ABUELO BREAD was born in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) in 2017, fully dedicated to crafting and sharing the highest quality baked goods—completely GLUTEN-FREE and FREE FROM MAIN ALLERGENS.
Abuelo stands for experience, tradition, quality, and know-how. Bread stands for flavor, product, innovation, and global reach.
The union of both—Abuelo Bread—is our project. A global brand meant to be recognized anywhere. A blend of languages, cultures, tradition and innovation, flavor and quality.
A tribute to bread that doesn’t remind you it’s gluten-free or allergen-free. A project created with one clear purpose: to make products for the whole family, for any time, for everyone.
Our goals
Our goal is to create the best possible products for everyone not only because we avoid all allergens that require mandatory labeling, but also because even those who can eat gluten won’t miss a single bit of the traditional flavor and texture.

Con el unique touch of buckwheat and naturally Andalusian extra virgin olive oil, we can proudly say our picos are seriously tasty and seriously crunchy. You’ll have a hard time believing they’re gluten-free. Perfect for any occasion, on their own or paired with whatever you fancy.
If a customer tries them and sheds a couple of happy tears, that’s on us. We take full responsibility.

PULGARCITOS – CROUTONS
Unique in shape and in the ultra crunch that comes from our one-of-a-kind production method and the extra virgin olive oil we use. They’re perfect as croutons in soups and salads, or simply as a tasty side with cheese and cured meats.
