Who We Are
Originating from traditional bakery, ABUELO BREAD was founded in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) in 2017, exclusively dedicated to producing and marketing the highest quality gluten-free and allergen-free bakery products.
ABUELO represents experience, tradition, quality, and knowledge.
BREAD signifies flavor, product, innovation, and internationalization.
Together, Abuelo Bread embodies our project—a global brand recognizable everywhere, blending languages, cultures, tradition, and innovation, taste and quality. A tribute to bread that doesn’t remind you it’s gluten and allergen-free, created with the clear intention of making products for the whole family, for any moment, for everyone.

Our goal is to create the best possible products for everyone, free from mandatory labeled allergens. We aim to ensure that even those who can consume gluten won’t miss the traditional taste and texture. The challenge is not just to please those with dietary restrictions but also those who can eat everything and still choose us.

We have semi-automatic facilities with high production capacity. Additionally, we are continually seeking improvements and new products.
